Cakra - Collective meditation
This
practice
combines moments of chanting and dancing with silent meditation to give you
an unique spiritual experience.

Sunday - 6 - 8:30pm in Corona, Queens, NYC |

Dharma Cakra (Collective Meditation) is conducted every Sunday at
our Center in Corona or once a month in Manhattan, Westchester or
other locations. Check the
Events for the schedule.
The program starts with spiritual songs, bhajans and
Prabhat
Samgiita followed by Kiirtan (chanting and dancing), recitation of
sanskrit mantras, silent meditation, spiritual discourse by an Acarya (monk or nun) and collective meal.

WHO CAN ATTEND: all those who
were initiated into the Ananda Marga system of meditation. If you
are not yet initiated you will have to call in advance to request the permission of an Acarya
(718-898-1603 and ask for Dada) . You will
be requested to arrive at least 20 minutes before for some basic
instructions. |

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear
comfortable clothes, no shorts nor short skirts. You may bring a
mat or blanket to sit while meditating. |
