Acarya Kovid Brahmacarii

Dada Kovid learned meditation in 1999 in Vietnam and started teaching Ananda Marga yoga classes and leading various activities in Denmark, Sweden, Vietnam, and Myanmar. He graduated as Ananda Marga meditation teacher in 2013 and has since then been teaching full time in Taiwan, Russia. He came to the US in 2018 and has since then been teaching yoga and meditation at Queens College and Ananda Marga Meditation Center in Flushing, New York. He regularly gives classes at various conferences, and gives training programs in spiritual lifestyle.

Acarya Diiptimanananda Avadhuta

Acarya Diiptimanananda Avadhuta (Sectorial Office Secretary of NY Sector)

Acarya Diiptimanananda Avadhuta (Dada) learned meditation and started following the spiritual disciplines of Ananda Marga in September 1991. In 1996, he decided to dedicate his life to Ananda Marga and work as Whole Time (WT) Acarya. He first worked as Local Full Timer (LFT) from May 1997 to October 2000 in Copenhagen and then took WT training in Sweden Global Training Centre (GTC.)

In 2005, he became an Acarya of Ananda Marga. He received his first posting in Hong Kong Sector, where he worked mostly in Taiwan at the Sectorial Master Unit Ananda Suruchi and Tainan jagrti. During those years in Taiwan, he received Taiwan Scholarship for five years and studied Chinese, piano, and completed a master's degree in ethnomusicology. Same time, he taught yoga and meditation during fasting programs at Ananda Suruchi. He traveled extensively in Taiwan and Russia, giving Ananda Marga philosophy lectures and singing the Prabhata Samgiita songs.

He has been working in the US and Canada since 2013, organizing various Ananda Marga retreats, conferences, meetings, and other events. He is active in giving lectures on Ananda Marga philosophy and has recently started publishing YouTube videos with recordings of song and philosophical discussions. Dada Diiptimanananda has taught hundreds of people meditation and given personal instruction to over three hundred men. 

Dada Diiptimanananda's special interests are yoga and meditation, Prabhata Samgiita songs, classical music, spiritual philosophy, Master Units, and health awareness.

Acarya Abhiramananda Avadhuta

Acarya Abhiramananda Avadhuta (Sectorial Secretary of Ananda Marga in NY Sector)

Acarya Abhiramananda Avadhuta learned meditation in India in 1993 and became Ananda Marga Whole Time Sannyasin in 1999. In the following years, he held several responsibilities for Ananda Marga in India. He worked nine years as the Sectorial Office Secretary of Delhi Sector, India, until October 2015. During that time, he successfully facilitated events, seminars, conferences, structural work of the organization, and big gatherings called Dharma Maha Sammelan (DMS) hosted in several cities and areas of India. He served for ten years in the Aviation Department of India as a meditation advisory official and gave meditation workshops in different airports of India. Several thousands of airport officials have benefited from his classes.
Acarya Abhiramananda Avadhuta is the Sectorial Secretary of Ananda Marga in the New York Sector since 2015. He is the President of Ananda Marga, Inc. in the US, and Spiritual Director of Ananda Marga Canada. He is based in Flushing, New York, where he teaches meditation classes to the public, but he also travels extensively for his work. As the administrative head of Ananda Marga, he participates in various conferences at United Nations, Indian Embassy, and the Interfaith Community.

Since coming to the US, he has been extraordinarily active and established meditation retreats, meditation and yoga classes, seminars, conferences, and other activities in various places such as Dallas, Atascosa, TX; Denver, CO; Los Angeles, San Jose, Sacramento, Grass Valley and Bay Area in California; Boston, Worcester, Scranton, White Plains, Long Island, New Jersey, New York; Ananda Kanan Retreat Center, Willow Springs, MO; Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec in Canada; Monterrey, Cuernavaca in Mexico; Punjab, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Maharastra in India.
